Mindy Miles, MA Counseling, PPS

Mindy graduated from Cal State San Bernardino in 1994 with a degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in Psychology.  She received her teaching credential in 1997 from the University of Redlands.  Mindy received a Master’s degree in Counseling in 2000.  She has taught grades 1, 4 and 5 and has worked as a school counselor for the past six years.  Her duties as a school counselor focused on helping behaviorally-challenged children and those on the autism spectrum. 

 

Mindy has over 200 hours of training in the areas of special needs, social skills, autism, language, and dealing with the behavior challenges of children.  She has six years of experience writing behavior support plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, and IEP goals in the area of Social Skills training.   Currently, she is completing the requirements to receive her BCBA.
